Mercurie is a digital product design studio providing design, strategy, and consulting services to startups and technology companies. Service details, scope, and pricing are outlined in individual proposals or contracts.

2. Payment Terms

We accept payments via ACH, Stripe and other agreed-upon payment methods. Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal or invoice. All fees are due as specified, and late payments may incur interest or delay in project timelines.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge you through Stripe or your preferred method.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel a project prior to commencement, please contact us at elyse@mercurie.co. We reserve the right to cancel a project at our discretion and will refund any unearned portion of pre-paid fees if applicable.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals necessary for project progress. Delays in communication may result in project timeline shifts or additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to you unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to showcase work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

6. Use of Website

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Mercurie and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that our services will result in specific business outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Privacy

We collect and process limited personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the courts located in Rhode Island, USA.
